Message	I had the same problem when the previous owner tried to "fix" the wiring. The wire to the O2 sensor is shielded. When you spriced the wires, you probably did not notice the metal shield. What ends up happening is the wire is consistently grounded. Sounds stupid, but it took 2 mechanics and a dealership to figure it out for me 7 years ago.
